We’re looking for YOU for our company MIPI Ho, located in Amurrio

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  Perform the tasks of the administrative sub-process of treasury (Accounting of collections, Preparation and accounting of automatic and manual monthly payments), in the most efficient way possible and ensuring the minimization of errors through compliance with the procedures.
• Contribute from your position to ensure the proper management of the company’s liquidity (Short and medium-term cash planning, Sending of financing remittances to banks, etc.), in the most efficient way possible and ensuring the minimization of errors through compliance with procedures.
• Preparation of payments and remittances
• Accounting of receipts and payments
• Preparation of short-, medium- and long-term cash flow projections and monitoring
• Management of bank documentation (current account contracts, credit policies, loans etc…)
• Periodic reports on invoicing, accounts receivable due dates, price differences and other ad-hoc reports related to the area.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Business Studies
• Language: English. Knowledge of German and/or French would be an asset
• 3 years experience in similar tasks
• Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
• Knowledge of SAP
• Analytical skills, initiative
• Team player, flexible
• Analytical thinking
• Identification with the company
