Profile:

  • Successful finished commercial apprenticeship with additional qualification or Bachelor required
  • Finished secondary or bachelor education, preferably business, economy, commercial field
  • Fluent English
  • German and/or Spanish as an advantage
  • MS Office, esp. Excel skills
  • SAP knowledge as an advantage
  • Experience on similar position

 

Tasks:

  • Providing clear and transparent sales relevant commercial status projects in automotive industry from start till end of life time;
  • Providing up-to date data regarding projects in available ERP systems, including Customer B2B platforms
  • Providing transparent and continuous piece price and project history in available systems, including SAP
  • Coordinating commercial tooling and project documentation
  • Invoicing and cash in of direct imbursements after approval of program
  • Direct communication with Customer
  • Preparation documents and calculations for price negotiation and other purposes
